YOOX has the ambition to open its assortment to 3rd party sellers, in order to reinforce its unique positioning as the world’s leading online lifestyle store for timeless fashion, design and art. In the coming months, YOOX will enable brands and retailers to sell their products directly to YOOX customers, in a marketplace model.

In order to successfully deliver its ambition, YOOX is recruiting a Seller Support Specialist. Reporting to the Senior Seller Support, the Seller Support Specialist will manage the process of managing active sellers, creating seller accounts in the Marketplace, support sellers in the product creation process in the platform and support technical partnership with the aggregators. Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

- Assist KAM and sellers with functional issues and daily tasks
- Maintain Marketplace product hierarchy for seller mapping
- Support aggregators and 3rd party on daily issues and to maintain high level of performance
- Support on configuration of Marketplace platform and seller/product rules
- Onboard third-party sellers to Marketplace platform
- Assist seller integration via manual, portal or API processes
- Monitor system performance data, pro-actively identify issues and manage resolution

The type of person we are looking for:

- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient use of MS Excel, web browsers, keyboard shortcuts
- Knowledge (basic) about e-commerce
- Fluent in Italian and in English
- Knowledge of Marketplace environment or other marketplace platforms
- Knowledge of Mirakl platform is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and service orientation
- Proactive, self-motivated and goal-oriented, quick learner with a sense of responsibility for the results
- Freedom in communication and the ability to build effective cooperation
