**About the Internship**

The DWS Internship is an opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our Internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. **As our Wholesale Sales Support DWS Intern you will**:

- Support in translation, editing and finalization of proposals addressed to potential new clients, in cooperation with Central Office dedicated teams (mainly Frankfurt and London)
- Support in translation and preparation of products and strategy presentations used during clients’ meetings
- Care of client’s periodic reporting
- Cooperation with local Coverage team, local Product Management team and Central Functions to ensure prompt feedback to clients’ requests on invested products or mandates
- Cooperation in organization and documentation arrangement for Wholesale Clients dedicated events
- DWS positioning, Market and Competitors analysis
- Support in updates and maintenance of Sales/RM tool and Client Adoption processes

**We’re looking for**:

- Good knowledge of the financial markets
- Strong relations and communication skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent MS-Office skills and related AI solutions (Copilot)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Student enrolled in penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in between Bachelor and Master degree.
- Availability for 6 months as of September 2025
