L'azienda è una solida realtà del settore operante nella trasformazione e stampa con impianti all’avanguardia ed una ottima organizzazione.
**Posizione**:
Il/la Manager sostituirà il Temporary Manager che ha curato la riorganizzazione del Plant con adeguato periodo di affiancamento.
Riportando all’ A.D. dell’Azienda avrà la piena responsabilità dello Stabilimento sito in Veneto centrale, gestendo i reparti produttivi, la Programmazione della Produzione, l’industrializzazione, il Facility Management e la Manutenzione**.**
Avrà il compito di organizzare, coordinare e monitorare lo stabilimento, potendo contare su una squadra di riporti altamente qualificati e l’implementazione di un nuovo Gestionale per garantire un efficiente assetto tecnico-produttivo nel pieno rispetto delle esigenze industriali.
**Requisiti**:
**Si richiede provenienza / esperienza specifica nel settore Converting e stampa flexográfica**, ottime capacità relazionali, di gestione e motivazione del Team, convinto sostenitore delle logiche Lean.
E’ prevista l’assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato, la Dirigenza con i relativi Benefit.
