We are looking for a **Recurring Revenues Intern**, who, alongside the mentor, will support the team that deals with **Revenue Management**.

Revenues Finance Operations aim on the achievement of quality, accuracy and timely delivery of Order to Cash process.

On details, is regarding all the transactional finance activities and KPIs analysis related to Revenue management: Sales Orders & Contracts mgmt, Licensing mgmt, Billing and Accounting Receivables, Sales and Clients support for F&A matters.

After intensive training, the resource will have the opportunity to explore the following activities:

- Ensure accurate entry of recurring revenue into the billing system while guaranteeing contract compliance;
- The primary objective for this position is to protect our recurring revenues (Subscriptions & Maintenance), identify inefficiencies in the sales administration and renewal process and promote the improvement of areas identified;
- manage all aspects of the renewal and subscriptions for software products developed;
- investigate and resolve renewal and subscription discrepancies and inquiries (credit notes analysis);
- manage subscription cancellations and product migrations
- provide timely feedback to the department manager regarding any customer concerns
- pro-actively identifying issues that may impact a renewal, and all available resources to resolve;
- ensuring high levels of Data-Quality and Data Clean-up through admin processes;
- educating sales & customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications;
- analyse monthly and annual recurring revenues;
- develop and run reports, queries, and spreadsheets to support planning & control department analysis.

- Preferable (brief) business experience in administrative/accounting area;
- Analytical skills, accuracy, reliability and results orientation complete the profile.
- Aptitude for teamwork, accuracy and proactivity.
