Production Planner

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze production needs based on sales forecasts and received orders.
- Plan and schedule manufacturing activities to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate operations across production departments to optimize resources and minimize downtime.
- Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to determine raw material and component needs while monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of materials and optimize procurement processes.
- Track production performance, identify deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with the D&OP team and cross-functional departments to align production planning with market demand, support risk mitigation, and improve planning methodologies.

**Requirements**:
**Experience & Technical Skills**:

- At least 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in lean manufacturing or process optimization.
