**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage trade contracts, ensuring they meet legal requirements and company standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with trade contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure all trade contracts comply with international trade regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.
- Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company objectives.
- Track contract performance and obligations, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Handle any contract-related disputes or issues, working towards amicable and fair solutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, performance, and risks to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ year of experience in contract management, legal operations, or operation in trading companies.
- Experience in a trading company legal department
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles, with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
