Per una crescita del nostro Team, cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire come **Payroll Analyst **con la finalità di analizzare i costi e il budget del personale dei nostri clienti.

**Principali attività**:

- Presa in carico dei singoli progetti di analisi dei costi del personale
- Gestione delle attività di studio / analisi previsionali
- Delivery del progetto assegnato
- Gestione del rapporto con il cliente assicurando assistenza e supporto per le tematiche relative e/o affini all’analisi proposta;
- Farsi carico delle esigenze del cliente per attività trasversali con altri settori fino a completa risoluzione

**Vorremmo incontrare persone con queste caratteristiche**:

- Diploma o Laurea
- **Competenze Payroll (conoscenza approfondita dell'elaborazione dei cedolini)**:

- Buona conoscenza di Excel
- **Ottime doti relazionali**:

- Orientamento al risultato e flessibilità operativa
- Forte senso di responsabilità verso il cliente
- Attenzione al dettaglio

**Sede di lavoro: Ibrido / Milano **(2 gg. a settimana in presenza in sede a Milano e 3 gg. a settimana in Smart Working)

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato
