Your role:
As Apprentice in Payroll & Social Insurances team for Italy you are responsible for support and performance of the payroll processing function, including entry and maintenance of payroll related data. You conduct 4 eyes principles and ensure accuracy for payroll data entries. You deliver best in class customer services by answering payroll related inquiries and build partnerships with peers, HR Business Partners and internal clients. You handle complex tax and social security tasks and function as point of contact for external authorities if necessary. You focus on continuous improvement/optimization opportunities and take ownership for their implementation. You are responsible for updating procedures and work instructions when necessary to achieve optimal operational efficiency.

Who you are:

- Education in Italian Payroll
- Fluent Italian and good English
- Knowledge of systems and technology that support payroll
- Education in legal regulations, social security and tax system in Italy
- Focus on continuous improvement opportunities related to efficiency and payroll best practice
- Ensure consistent utilization of company policy, standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to organize time efficiently by prioritizing work and concentrating on key tasksKnowledge of systems and technology that support payroll
