Reporting to Service & Support local Director, the role has the responsibility to guarantee the day-to-day operations of the hardware field support function for the Workspace area. Ensures adherence to operational objectives, work plans, budgets, schedules and performance requirements. Guarantees the proper relationship at EMEA level with the relavant stakeholders.

- Assures the coordination of the scheduling and training of field service team members; provides technical solutions for complicated field service issues.
- Oversees the hiring and performance of field service teams; ensures customer support requirements are met on time.
- Collaborates with the product design group and sales team to facilitate and implement field service contracts; assists the sales team in development, negotiation and relationship maintenance with key accounts.
- Creates, implements and improves hardware field service programs and functions. Monitors industry services and market requests to identify and address trends and service improvement opportunities.
