We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our dynamic Marketing team based in Milan as a Print Producer. In this role, you will help create, produce, and develop captivating marketing displays and POS materials for our clients' pitches and campaigns.

**Your role will involve**:

- Strategically researching and developing displays for client presentations and programs
- Personalizing Group displays to enhance brand positioning
- Identifying and choosing new printing suppliers and display solutions
- Operationally assembling mock-ups and supports for client proposals
- Providing technical support for packaging and printed materials
- Coordinating internal and external presentations
- Ensuring in-store implementation during marketing campaigns
- Estimating, confirming orders, and ensuring quality control of production and delivery
- Collaborating with internal departments, suppliers, and clients on production planning
- Assisting Marketing Managers with creative concepts and pitches
- Supporting the Graphic Designer in creating artwork and POS materials for campaigns
- Managing and negotiating costs
- High level of Italian and intermediate level of English language
- Previous experience as POS materials and displays Producer/ Graphic Designer
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Experience or familiarity in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or the retail sector is a plus.
