Your to-do list:

- Lead digital and innovative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee the technical evaluation, cost estimation, and project timing, providing accurate and realistic project plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement digital strategies across various domains including IoT, innovation, and gaming.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered projects.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements within digital projects, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

Prodigious is looking for a Associate Digital Producer for its Milan offices You'll be involved in the digital team and report directly to the Senior Digital Producer.

**Qualifications**:

- If in your past experience:_
- You have +2 years of proven work experience in digital production, with a strong understanding of IoT, innovation, and gaming.
- You have experience in technical evaluation, cost estimation, and project timing.
- You have successfully led and delivered digital and innovative projects.
- You are proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- If you are:_
- Ideally bilingual Italian/English.
- A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
- A great communicator with strong teamwork abilities.
