**Polimex** is looking for a talented
- **Marketing Manager**-
- The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our service in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our exponential growth.- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive digital marketing strategies to grow our audience.
- Generate Marketing Quality Leads.
- Organize and oversee organic and paid advertising, communication campaigns (Linkedin & Twitter) and online promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Create amazing graphics and animated illustrations for our marketing channels.
- Write inspirational copy for diverse marketing distributions (newsletters, brochures, press releases, website material etc. ) on packaging, labeling, sustainability and other relevant topics.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a marketing manager or any other similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Knowledge of packaging and labeling materials, process.
- Proficient in office and marketing software, graphic and motion design.
- Familiarity with social media management and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- B.Sc/BA in marketing, business administration or any other relevant disciplines.
- ** Strong English writing and speaking language.**
