Osteria Fiorentina è un locale tradizionale e autentico, con l'obiettivo di portare nel cuore di Milano un luogo in cui mangiare e bere bene, gustando i piatti tipici fiorentini in un'atmosfera casalinga.

Stiamo cercando una figura di **RESTAURANT MANAGER **con almeno cinque anni di esperienza per coordinare un organico giovane e dinamico.

Il ristorante è aperto a pranzo e cena, tutti i giorni della settimana.

Attività richieste:

- Supervisione completa di staff e locale
- Rapporto con la clientela
- Gestione inventario e forniture varie
- Attività di backoffice in generale
- Gestione turni e orari del personale

Requisiti obbligatori:

- Almeno 4 o 5 anni di esperienza nel settore
- Capacità di gestire tutte le situazioni
- Capacità direzionali e autorevolezza
- Ottime capacità relazionali con clienti e fornitori

Si cerca una risorsa che sia già **residente a Milano**, preferibilmente a 4/5 km massimo da Zona Tortona.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: €2.200,00 - €2.500,00 al mese

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
- Festivo
