For a Non-Profit Organisation we are looking for an:
**IT OFFICER**

Main activities:

- Collaborate with staff to troubleshoot technical issues (hardware and software) including installation, upgrades, and daily usage.
- Stay up to date on new features and capabilities, and plan and execute upgrades and migrations as needed.
- Provide training to users on how to use Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) effectively on various devices (PC, laptop, mobile, etc.).
- Develop how-to-guides, video tutorials, etc. editing, and revising the same with updated information when necessary.
- Assist in the management of the Microsoft Azure Platform, including Active Directory, related servers, networks, and services.
- Assist in the management of Microsoft 365 security and licenses in accordance with company policies.
- Review, plan and assist in the implementation of proper Internet usage policies for JRS Global.
- Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy.
- Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations.
- Research, support and make recommendations on the purchase of software, hardware and other IT policies that yield competitive advantage.
- Implement and ensure systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery processes.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems to resolve network connectivity issues.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the role of at least 3-4 years
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
- Working knowledge of networks to address connectivity and performance issues (WAN/LAN, network protocols, TCP/IP)
- Excellent English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural, international professional environment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
