**Description**

Koch Engineered Solutions Equipment Technology & Services (KES ET&S) Operations is looking for a Global Director for Process Engineered Solutions Technology (PES). This position can be located anywhere at one of our global facilities, the preferred location is Tulsa, OK.

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Model Market Based Management (MBM) leadership by integrating MBM principles, mental models, and framework in daily work. Foster a culture in which employees are contribution motivated through connecting each employee with the KES vision and how they create value aligned with this vision.
- Align incentives across the global team to maximize long term value for the company and self-actualization of employees.
- Select and develop talent in the PES Technology team to maximize our long-term profitability and competitive edge.
- Understand customer point of view and seek opportunities for disruptive innovation that will maximize the long-term anticipated net present value.
- Sustain, grow, and leverage core PES IP on a global basis to develop preferred partners and competively advantaged solutions.
- Work with the commercial and business development teams to drive the technology innovation process.
- Seek opportunities to combine capabilities across KES for new solutions offerings that provide differentiated value to our customers.
- Seek opportunities to integrate digital service solutions with our equipment packages.

**The Experience You Will Bring**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous design experience with industrial process systems

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Five years of experience with industrial process systems
- Previous experience in leading a technology development team
- Previous experience in a commercial role
- Experience in design of pressure swing adsorption systems or other types of gas separation systems
- Experience in design of compression packages, gasification and gas to liquid processes
