Entrerai a far parte della Direzione Corporate Sales and Energy Solutions, nell’area Sales Operations, a diretto riporto del Sales Operations Manager con il ruolo di Sales Compensation Analyst.
**Contiamo su di te per**:
- la tua capacità di analizzare ed interpretare i flussi provvigionali;
- la tua capacità di gestire delle attività inerenti alle provvigioni con scadenze calendarizzate su base mese;
- dare il tuo contributo per miglioramenti ed ottimizzazioni relativi al processo provvigionale e ai contenuti ad esso inerenti.
- effettuare le attività mensili relative alla gestione dei flussi provvigionali;
- analizzare i risultati provvigionali mensili attraverso apposita reportistica, sia a livello di importi che rispetto al numero di contratti caricati sempre su base mese, intervenendo, ove necessario, con partner esterni per correggere e/o integrare i flussi remunerativi;
- predisporre la reportistica per attività di natura contabile/gestionale, caricando i valori determinati su apposite piattaforme aziendali;
- essere a supporto della nostra rete vendite (agenzie) in relazione ai quesiti che potranno pervenire in ambito provvigionale;
- analizzare i mandati di agenzia e relativi addendum e collaborare/supportare, ove necessario, alla stesura di nuova documentazione.
**Requisiti e conoscenze necessarie**
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale l'aver conseguito la laurea in Economia;
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale l’aver avuto un’esperienza lavorativa di almeno 1 anno in attività di supporto alle vendite;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (in particolare Excel, Power Point e Access);
- Conoscenza base dei principali software ERP;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi informatici (in particolare Qlik Sense e Outlook).
- Capacità di analisi ed interpretazione dei dati;
- Capacità di problem solving;
- Capacità di acquisire nuove conoscenze in breve tempo;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
- Alto grado di proattività e orientamento al risultato.
