A few examples of your responsibilities
- Workplace excellence: Design and implement strategies to foster a world-class workplace and culture.
- People development and event management: Oversee and realise ambitious events, such as retreats and recruiting drives.
- Onboarding: Ensure an excellent onboarding experience for all new hires and follow the implementation of our compensation and career path strategy.
- Labour compliance: Keep up to date on relevant regulation, especially with regards to labour and workplace, manage labor contracts, assist with visas and documentation for international employees, and provide strategic advice to our management team based on new issues or opportunities.
- Support and welfare: Continuously enhance welfare and benefits policies.
