Industrial Account Payable

The position is based in Rome. Reporting to the Industrial Payable Team Coordinator, he/she ensure that all activities of industrial payable are correctly accounted.
**_ Main Responsibilities:_**
- Invoices posting Record invoices into the system.
- Verify and posting invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors.
- Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or quantity discrepancies.
- Ensure that all supplier statements are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and also handle financial monthly closing.
- Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.
- Monitoring records of outstanding payables.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts.
- Support the onboarding process of the new vendors.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
- 3/4 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP 4H.
- Knowledge of Stealt3000.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Time Management capacity in order to respect deadline.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Look for and provide solutions for accounting issues (problem solving abilities).
- Ability to organize and work with others with team spirit.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes.
