**Position**:
The position is based in Rome within the Accounts Payable team.
Reporting to the Account Payables Supervisor, he/she responsible for the following activities:
**Job responsibilities**:

- Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems;
- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments;
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process;
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting;
- Comply with national and local financial regulations;
- Entering invoices into the accounts payable system;
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment;
- Processing payments;
- Perform general-ledger data entry;
- Generate purchase orders when necessary;
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor;Assist senior financial officers as needed.**Profile**:

- Degree in economy or related field required;
- At least 1/2 years of experience in accounting;
- trong knowledge of SAP4H;
- Excellent knowledge of office package (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Knowledge of English is required;
- Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciate;
- Time management capacity to respect deadline;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Appreciate the problem-solving abilities.

**MAISON***:

- The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique - a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, Fendi emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style.

Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, fourth generation of the Fendi family, is Artistic Director of Jewellery. Today Fendi is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
