You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of key workstreams in multiple transformation programs of Equipment & Projects organization. You will combine project management skills, technical expertise, data-driven approach and communication abilities to drive insights and inform business decisions.
As a Lead Program Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing program activities to meet project objectives, timeline, and budget.
- Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Identifying and mitigating potential risks to program initiatives.
- Developing, maintaining and communicating program documentation, including status reports, progress vs plans, and presentations to leaders and stakeholders.
- Designing and implementing data visualization dashboards to effectively communicate program status and updates to team leader and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Providing technical guidance to team members to ensure the successful activity progress. Tracking and reporting on continuous improvement metrics and KPIs.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and work instructions. Staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in data science and artificial intelligence.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a BSc. in Engineering or some experience in program management or related field.
- Have excellent project management skills, experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Have very good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in an exciting environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have very good knowledge of O365 apps (at least very good at MS Excel, experience with Sharepoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow), knowledge of systems such as Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advantageous. Dedicated interest in RPA, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Have knowledge/experience in Enterprise business operation and Lean Six Sigma. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
