**Position Overview**

As Integrations Program Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of multiple integration projects of acquired companies.

Main responsibilities will be:

- Kick off and lead relationship with all the departments of the acquired companies to be integrated and with their providers.
- Work with Integrations Managers and Product Owners to plan project schedules and goals.
- Identify project timelines, potential obstacles, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify potential risks and impacts on the business.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among Integration Managers, Product Owners and other departments of the company.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
- Elevate decision-making, resolve escalation issues between the development teams and other departments.
- Maintain rolling agenda of meetings, involve stakeholders and maintain executive summary on integrations execution.
- Define the governance of each integration project.

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Lean and agile approach.
- Experience of managing international projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or integration

management office (IMO) is highly desirable.
- Fluent English is a must
