Società di servizi operante in svariati settori industriali, con sede in Firenze, zona Firenze Nova/stazione fs Rifredi, ricerca un Program Manager da inserire nel proprio organico.

La persona risponderà direttamente al Manager di funzione e si occuperà delle seguenti attività, interfacciandosi con team aziendali e di gruppo:

- Assicurare la pianificazione delle attività e monitorare il rispetto dei tempi prestabiliti.
- Identificare, valutare e mitigare i rischi a livello di programma proponendo soluzioni efficaci.
- Coordinare e allineare team, risorse e obiettivi aziendali e di gruppo per il successo complessivo dell’incarico assegnato seguendo i punti aperti fino alla loro risoluzione.
- Assicurare l’allineamento costante tra gli obiettivi assegnati alle funzioni interne e di gruppo e le relative attività.
- Riferire regolarmente al Manager di funzione sui progressi del progetto, sui problemi incontrati e sui tempi di risoluzione.

**Competenze richieste**:

- Capacità di risolvere conflitti relativi che fra funzioni aziendali e di gruppo mediante una adeguata comunicazione.
- Possedere una combinazione di competenze tecniche, di gestione e relazionali con una visione strategica per ottenere i migliori risultati per l'azienda.

Le competenze tecniche sulle linee dei prodotti potranno essere acquisite nel processo di inserimento all’interno dell’azienda.

**Titolo di studio**:
Laurea in ingegneria, gestione aziendale, informatica o in un campo correlato.

Sarà titolo preferenziale possedere un Master o una certificazione in gestione di progetti.

Retribuzione: €25.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno

- Turno diurno

Retribuzione supplementare:

- Tredicesima

Istruzione:

- Scuola Secondaria di II livello (Superiori) (Obbligatorio)

- Progettista/Manualistica técnica: 3 anni (Preferenziale)
