As Program Manager - Operational Excellence and Digitization you will be working with Functions and Regions to improve the Outage forecast plan management process by redesigning processes and developing tools by analyzing key processes of the assigned program to map process steps, GTS systems/tools integration with MyOutage, R&Rs and delivering a clear view over identified gaps and prioritized solutions

**As Program Manager you will be**
- Preparing business cases for proposed programs to support strategic prioritization.
- Collaborating with DT and extended team members to develop programs, prepare functional specifications, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and users, and ensure successful prograM/Features go-live.
- Regularly updating the organization and key stakeholders on program status.
- Ensuring a smooth startup of initiatives after go-live, stabilize processes, and ensure proper adoption.
- Overseeing day-to-day governance activities of MyOutage, including planning, forecasting, and monitoring background processes.
- Advising Functional managers or other departments on approaches, processes, and procedures in your field.

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Several years of experience in Program Management
- Fluency in English
