The Program Manager demonstrates accountability for functional and operational objectives. In this role, he/she will drive the development of key Programs within GTS Operational Excellence and Digitization function, working both on process optimization and new tools introduction.

As an Operational Excellence and Digitization Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Working close to Functions and Regions to identify areas of process improvement delivering redesign options and/or tools development
- Analyzing key processes of the assigned Program to map process steps, systems/tools, R&Rs and delivering a clear view over identified gaps and prioritized solutions
- Preparing business cases for proposed programs supporting strategic prioritization
- Effectively cooperating with DT and in general with “extended” Team members for programs development
- Regularly updating organization and key stakeholders on program status
- Assuring a smooth startup of the initiatives (post go live), granting process stabilization and proper adoption

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma)
- Have background: IT, Operations or Project Management
- Have significant experience in Oil & Gas industry - preffered
- Have good communication skills within a cross-functional environment
- Be a promoter of the collaboration culture
- Have analytical, process improvement and project management skills
- Be fluent in English and Italian
