**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for a **Spares Specialist - Power Transmission** in **Reggio Emilia** or **Treviglio (BG).**

The new resource will be responsible for achieving company objectives and for the definition and implementation of strategies to develop and manage the sales of Spares and related services for some Customers in Italy.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Definition and achievement of sales objectives for spares in Italy
- Manage all the activities related to the sell and delivery of Spares in Italy
- Identification of new sales opportunities, new customers, new services
- Development and consolidation of technical-commercial relationships with the clients
- Contributes to the improvement of sales processes
- Contributes to the definition of sales strategy and promotion of portfolio products
- Detects and transfers market trends and requests for product evolution to the company

**Job Position Requirements**:
Education: High school - Technical or Economic

Professional background

Similar role with at least 5 years of experience in companies in the mechanical sector and in similar activities.

**Hard skills**

Essential:

- Knowledge of mechanical products with particular reference gearboxes or similar
- Technical-commercial experience gained in managing similar activities
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power BI) and ERP system (e.g. SAP)

Considered as a plus:

- Know how about hydraulics/electronics
- Product management knowledge
