**Your Role**

We are looking for a sourcing expert, skilled in digital marketing / social media audience capture, in charge of recruiting beneficiaries for the INCO Academy programs carried at the international level.

You will be part of the INCO Academy International team, reporting to the Head of the team and working in close cooperation with Senior Project Managers and Project Managers of the programs.

**Your scope will encompass**:
Digital marketing outreach:

- Social media campaigns: Paid ads, Google ad grants, Influencer strategy, help with FB group targeting and messaging
- Creating marketing strategy for local markets (Priorities: Germany, UK, Luxemburg, Italy, Spain)
- Creating content based on strategy in collaboration with our comms team
- Creating comms/marketing calendar
- Create common comms resources and good practices for local PMs
- Skills needed: social media campaigns, digital marketing, marketing of educational products, content production (copywriting, visuals etc)

Communication coordination:

- proactively reaching out to teams to create testimonials, 
- keeping a pulse on training & mentoring schedule so we regularly create testimonials from learners, mentors, employers
- Ensuring the local teams implement the local strategy and support them in communication with IA Comms Manager and INCO Comms team
- Skills needed: some comms experience, some coordination experience, great organizational and communication skills, proactiveness

**Your profile**:

- At least 2/3 years experience in similar jobs in Communications, Project Management, Sales areas
- Strong community building, marketing skills
- Project management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- English speaking - fluent
- Open to multicultural environment
