Digital Transformation Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to amplify our online presence through the execution and optimization of digital activities across all online channels.Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Digital Strategies Oversee SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM, content marketing, and marketing automation initiatives to drive business growth.Create and execute social media strategies and calendars across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.Guide the development of high-impact digital content aligned with brand identity and emerging trends.Analyze KPIs, ROI, and analytics to optimize campaigns and report results to senior management.Support integrated projects such as events, video campaigns, and branded content initiatives.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management.Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO/SEM, analytics tools, and content strategy.Excellent communication and project management skills.Fluent in both Italian and English.
