**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented Research Executive to join us at YouGov. This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative Research team based in Milan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT LIAISON
- Become the trusted research partner for your clients via excellent client servicing activities
- To be able to distill the key needs of a client and design robust, short, questionnaires that answer these with a deep understanding of questionnaire design principles and showing commercial awareness

DATA ANALYSIS
- To understand the principles of sampling and weighting
- Ability to recommending accurate, client-focused solutions, which enhance the client-YouGov relationship.
- To be able to design and interpret cross-tabulation analysis, data filtering, and merging variables.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Experience in simultaneously running multiple MR projects (including client contact, survey design & topline reporting)
- To set timetables, monitor progress, and suggest appropriate actions when scheduling problems arise

**Qualifications**:
**Demonstrated Knowledge And Experience**
- Min. 1 year work experience in Market Research industry or similar
- Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint

- Empathy - having an understanding with various stakeholders
- Time management and attention to detail
- Accountability of projects & clients
