Looking for Executive Assistant to help top management.
- Serious, meticulous, careful, detail oriented
- Takes pleasure in organizing
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, self-disciplined, independent thinker
- Solution finder
- Work well both independently and within a team
- Enjoys multi-tasking on different projects
- Can handle pressure; tight deadlines well
- Fluency in written and oral English. Bilingual French-English a plus.
- University degree and at least 2 years assistant experience is required.

Administrative duties:

- Schedule appointments. Keep executive calendar
- Research and make travel arrangements for team
- Online research
- Assistant manager in administrative duties (entering receipts, etc.)
- Help coordinate team interactions and internal workshops
- Organize printing and booth set up for trade shows
