For the Italian pharmaceutical production plant of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (Borgo San Michele-Latina) we are looking for a MES Sr Specialist to be hired with permanent contract in Operational Excellence, Digital & Strategy Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the site.
- Focus on the NMG project to ensure its successful implementation and alignment with the existing operational framework.
- Provide substantial know-how and insights to sustain the current PES (Process Execution System) while facilitating the transition to the new PAS-X MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the existing systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to strategy implementation, project progress, and performance metrics.
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and operational excellence to inform strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Proven experience in operational strategy, project management, or related roles, preferably within a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of MES systems, particularly PAS-X, and SAP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
