Cerchiamo un **sous chef esperto e responsabile** che sappia:

- Lavorare in un **ritmo intenso**:

- Mantenere **ordine e controllo** in cucina
- Adattarsi rapidamente a **menu di diversi brand** (pizza, poké, burger, ecc.)
- Formare il personale e collaborare con lo chef
- Conoscere le norme di conservazione, igiene e **HACCP**

**Mansioni principali**
- Organizzazione e controllo del processo produttivo
- Mantenimento della qualità dei piatti secondo le **schede tecniche**:

- Controllo del rispetto delle **norme sanitarie**:

- Collaborazione con cuochi e stagisti
- Partecipazione allo **sviluppo di nuovi piatti**:

- Gestione delle scorte e controllo degli sprechi

**Requisiti**
- Esperienza come **sous chef o capo partita** da almeno 1-2 anni
- Conoscenza del concetto di **dark kitchen** e lavoro per delivery
- Capacità di leggere e seguire **schede tecniche e calcoli di costo**:

- Pulizia, disciplina e organizzazione
- **Obbligatorio: Certificato di formazione professionale in ambito culinario rilasciato in Italia, in conformità con la normativa vigente**
