**OPERATIONS MANAGER - PMI
La figura di Operation Manager, rispondendo direttamente alla direzione generale sarà responsabile di tutta l'Area Operations e nello specifico sarà responsabile dei progetti e risorse legati all'area manufacturing, técnica e supply chain. Avrà come primario obiettivo quello di efficientare e rendere più funzionali i processi aziendali definendone le procedure standard e monitorandone la corretta applicazione.

Avrà il coordinamento diretto dei responsabili di funzione con lo scopo di rendere più efficaci tutte le aree.

Verrà analizzata capacità di gestire e coordinare le risorse, capacità di problem Solving, flessibilità e capacità di adattamento. E' gradita la conoscenza della lingua Inglese.

La retribuzione Annua Lorda verrà commisurata alle competenze maturate e alla Seniority del
