If you are looking to grow and constantly be challenged but in a structured way**this is the company for you** **Position**: - Full-time - Virtual **Responsibilities**: - Actively listen to clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and timelines. - Engage with clients to gather necessary information and qualify leads. - Schedule appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home evaluations based on client's availability and preferences. - Enter all lead details, interactions, and appointments accurately into the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up. - Manage follow-up communication with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the real estate process. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide the necessary support for successful conversions. - Continuously update knowledge of market trends, inventory, and competitive landscape to better serve customers. - Continuously improve lead management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. **Qualifications**: - MUST have STRONG communication and interpersonal skills. - At least one year of experience in cold calling or lead management. - Must speak English fluently. - Must have reliable internet access, reliable electricity, and a reliable computer. - Ability to communicate effectively over the phone. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to use CRM software and other relevant tools. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. - Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt. - Exceptional customer service skills. - Willingness to collaborate and support colleagues - be a team player - Ability to empathize with the needs and concerns of clients. - Ability to foster trust and build strong relationships. - Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic. - Demonstrates a commitment to continued education and strives for growth by regularly attending company-supplied training for both personal and professional purposes. - Must meet company core values. **Compensation**: - $3.00 - $8.65 per hour depending on location, qualifications, and skill set. - Bonuses up to $400/month. **Benefits**: - Paid Vacation **About Our Company**: "Premier Investment Solutions is one of the top real estate investment teams in the Southeast.
