With offices in 60+ cities across nearly 30 countries, Oliver Wyman combines deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organization transformation. **We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Team in Milan.** **The Opportunity**: The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the South East Europe Marketing team as CRM and special projects assistant, to develop and implement marketing initiatives in the region that raise the brand awareness across different industries and help build relationships with clients and influencers. This is a temporary position (6 months). **Key responsibilities**: - Review and clean up the CRM database, including tiering and categorization, to enable better client segmentation and targeting for our marketing activities in the region - Help strengthen the local digital presence: support the new local microsite creation support specific social media campaigns in collaboration with the social media lead - Support the development and execution of marketing events (clients, alumni, media) - Follow industry trends and provide competitive intelligence - Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives and provide appropriate reporting and status updates to continually improve the effectiveness of our campaigns **Experience required**: - Bachelor’s degree - 2+ years experience in marketing/communication function; experience in complex, professional services firm a plus - Strong project manager, able to work independently and in teams to create, manage, and meet deadlines - Excellent writing and verbal skills, fluent in English and Italian **Skills & attributes**: - Collaborative team player, able to work independently and in teams, results-driven mindset - A self-starter who can demonstrate strong initiative, confidence, and the ability to work across the spectrum of multiple constituencies - Excellent time management abilities, deadline-oriented, consistent follow-through, and proven ability to understand client expectations - Strong communication skills - Proficient in MS Office - HTML and Adobe Experience Manager knowledge a plus **Why Oliver Wyman?** Working as part of our global, entrepreneurial company, you’ll do meaningful work from day one.
