**How can you help us?**
- Manage and maintain existing business.
- Develop new business opportunities by expanding the product portfolio and launching new products.
- Design and develop training programmes, marketing materials and sales plans for the sales team, in order to drive sales of the product portfolio.
- Join account managers on customer visits to understand customers’ needs and the competitive landscape.
- Keep up to date with market developments and assess the market for new opportunities.
- Develop launch plans for new products.
- Troubleshoot and support new accounts.
- Engage in forecasting and analysis.
- Manage all tasks necessary to increase profit and meet financial and sales growth objectives.

**Are you our match?**
- Clinical bachelor’s degree
- 3 - 5 years experience in operating theatres
- Strong organisational skills for data analysis
- High-level experience with Excel and Microsoft Office in general
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Italian and English
- Assertive, decisive and positive attitude
- Able to work in a team
- Highly-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle multiple projects at once and work on ad-hoc tasks
- Able to build strong formal and informal networks
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
