**Dolce & Gabbana**, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its new in-house Beauty Division has an exceptional career opportunity available for an Accounting Specialist based in Milan.

Are you ready to take on a thrilling opportunity in the world of cosmetics? We are currently seeking a talented **Accounting Specialist** to join our prestigious client, **Dolce & Gabbana** Beauty.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the “Procure to Pay lifecycle”, from the Purchase Request to Payments;
- Booking of production (materials) and service invoices;
- Ensure that all invoices, credit notes and accruals are processed accurately and timely according to monthly closure calendar;
- Manage Budget Owners relationship for all accounting matters;
- Ensure accuracy of the vendor database and the regular review of supplier ageing;
- Prepare payments and forecasts;
- Manage all VAT, withholding and other taxes ensuring compliance obligations, declarations and payments;
- Perform/review month-end activities including reconciliations, accruals and journal entries;
- Manage T&E policy and accounting treatment;
- Electronic invoicing requirements;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Follow all administrative/ operative day by day activities and declarations;
- Contribute to the realization of annual Financial Statements and regular VAT-TAX reporting.

**Your Profile**
- Educational Background in Accounting;
- 3+ years of financial accounting experience in Multinational Companies;
- Good business English;
- Good knowledge of SAP and Office;
- Ability to prioritize and identify potential issues;
- Excellent relationship skills and ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, initiative;
- Accurate and precise;
- Organizational skills.
