We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Accounting Treasury Specialist to join our Finance Administration team focusing on Cash Banks.

You will support and assist the Treasury Manager in the day-to-day management of the operational and accounting aspects and will work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure accounting closures are completed within the deadlines.

**What you’ll do**:

- Daily management of bank transactions and accounting
- Bank and cash reconciliations
- Daily maintenance of the accounting of cash banks transactions
- Execution of daily payments
- Import supplier payments
- Preliminary verification and disposal/import of customer refunds
- Presentation of invoice advances and monitoring of deadlines and extensions
- Collaboration for the monthly closing activities and collection of data, tables, accounting details for financial statements preparation
- Ensure that all documents related to the payments are accurately supported and approved

**What we’re looking for**:

- 1-2 year of experience in the same or similar role
- Good understanding of accounting concepts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and able to show initiative to constantly improve finance processes
- Fluency in English both spoken and written, possibly a second language
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and Piteco will be considered a big plus
