The **Legal Intern** will support our Legal Team both in handling claims concerning customers/service providers and in the day-by-day management of the legal procedures. sennder Italia, with its HQ located in the heart of Milan, is changing the way people think about logistics. Our company matches the digital and innovative soul focus on technologies and digitalization of sennder GmbH with the expertise and know-how of the largest distribution network in Italy: Poste Italiane. **IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**: - Support the Legal Team in managing the claims received from Customers and Carriers; - Support the Legal Team in drafting a wide range of agreements related to the Company businesses as well as in managing data privacy issues and daily goals; - Support the Procurement Department in managing contractual relationships with Transport Service Providers (TSP). **PREFERABLY YOU ARE**: - Graduated (Master Degree) in Law and you have carried out the legal practice; - Minimally aware of Civil and Transport Law; - A good problem solver as well as accurate, with a strong attention to details; - Goal-oriented and a resilient person with great communication and negotiations skills; - Fluent both in Italian and English - Practical in using MS Office **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**: - A fast-growing company, transitioning from startup to scale-up, where your work will make an impact on our growth and lead to several career opportunities. - An international team of 800+ people with 65+ nationalities spread across 7 country offices with English as our company language. - A quarterly feedback and review process for personal development.
