Internship - Client Engagement

We are looking for an **Account Assistant** to join our Client Engagement team

As a full service agency our account assistants have to opportunity to assist/cooperate to a great variety of business areas including:

- Global brand launches; Global & Regional brand management; Patient support campaign; Digital campaign roll-out; Market Access MCM; Business operations advisory; Digital Transformation; Omnichannel customer centric engagement; Film, video and podcast creation; Onsite/Virtual/Hybrid Events & congresses.

**Activities & Main Responsibilities**
- Support the project lead in the execution of the operational project tasks
- Become familiar with basic marketing concepts and practices
- Manage meeting minutes/contact reports
- Organization & set-up of meetings (int/ext)
- Keep internal team informed of status of all work in progress through preparation of timely and accurate documentation and communications (e.g., reports, schedules, estimates, etc.)
- Monitor weekly team timesheet reports and progress of project burn reports
- Learn key issues related to branding, marketing strategy and related positioning
- Participate in creating innovative tactics to support brand policy
- Market Research
- Support testing/QA activities
- PowerPoint templating

**Qualifications**
- Educated to a degree level - ideally in communication/marketing, economy, biology/pharmacy and/or other scientific pathway
- Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package is a must, Project Management tools a plus (including eventually any certifications)
- Management of priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
