Valentino is looking for an CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST based in the HQ in Milan.

**The resource will be involved in the following activities**:

- Proactively collect feedback from Valentino regional client engagement teams on local activities and business needs, sharing comments with HQ C-levels and providing agreed local solutions/ adaptations where necessary to achieve goals
- Collaborate and support Valentino regional client engagement teams to implement clienteling strategy
- Analyse market trends and run periodic benchmarking
- Proactively propose new projects and best practices to strenghten the development of clienteling and couture strategy
- Perform client insights/ analysis through the use of client database to make business recommendations and improvements
- Follow up on Clienteling activities, monitor KPIs and consolidate best practices
- Nurture and develop relationships with third-party businesses to generate additional business, with a key focus on high potential and high net worth clients

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and excel
- Analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in Luxury companies is a plus
