**Commercial Excellence Business Partner - Specialty Care & Matures**

**IL RUOLO**
- Produrre forecast accurati e valutare diversi scenari di mercato, garantendo prospettive indipendenti e oggettive con lo scopo di favorire il successo commerciale
- Contribuire alla pianificazione di azioni basate su dati, analisi e performance, combinando competenze tecniche e operative/commerciali
- Identificare nuove fonti di dati e superare ostacoli organizzativi per ottenerne accesso, collaborando con fornitori esterni
- Definire e implementare indicatori chiave di performance (KPI) per campagne, tattiche e piattaforme, monitorandone l'efficacia
- Interpretare insights e valutare l'impatto commerciale di iniziative come ricerche di mercato e analisi interne
- Interpretazione degli insight e valutazione dell'impatto commerciale (ad esempio ricerche di mercato, approfondimenti interni)
- Sostenere la progettazione e l'attuazione di programmi di incentivi per la forza vendita, fissando obiettivi e monitorando le performance
- Contribuire alla segmentazione del mercato e al targeting dei clienti, fornendo insight per migliorare la conoscenza del cliente

**LA PERSONA**
- Laurea in business, economia o esperienza equivalente
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Business Analyst o ruoli simili nell'industria farmaceutica
- Conoscenza approfondita delle fonti di dati del mercato farmaceutico, in particolare per i farmaci con prescrizione
- Esperienza nella leadership di team multifunzionali
- Familiarità con il sistema Veeva CRM e Salesforce
- Capacità di pianificazione, gestione dei progetti e analisi dei dati
- Competenze statistiche e di programmazione, preferibilmente con Python e Tableau
- Fluente in inglese e italiano
