What we are looking for
We are looking for a Travel Organizer Specialist to join with our amazing Travel Team to be responsible for planning and executing unprecedented unique travel experiences

What will you do? Role highlights
- Design cost-effective travel packages from scratch that suit clients’ needs and Meeter’s high quality standards.
- Adapt and make travel arrangements to continuously improve the products based on the obtained feedback from Meeters’ travellers and tour leaders.
- Scout new suppliers and local partners and negotiate with them favorable contracts that meet Meeter’s expectations.
- Negotiate the best rates with hotels, tour guides, and restaurants.
- Answering all clients’ questions and addressing complaints in a timely manner.
- Conducting research about competitors and give inputs about new products design and price.
- Ensure cross-team alignment of information, tools, and processes.

**Requirements and Attitude**:

- Bachelor’s degree in travel, tourism, or an equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years Experience working in tour operators or travel industry;
- You have excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of negotiation methods;
- Strong experience in pricing, scouting suppliers and new opportunities;
- Strong Italian geographical knowledge;
- A good understanding of travel trends;
- Ability to multitask, and work irregular hours when required;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Availability to work in our Verona office based;
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork;
- Be a great team player and a professional that other colleagues respect for its integrity and working attitude;
- Great communication and synthesis skills;
- Be fluent in English & Italian;
- Be open-minded, purpose-driven and curious.

**Nice to have skills**:

- Wide portfolio of suppliers contacts
- Good English level both written and spoken

Office Based
You will be based in our office in Verona 3-4 days per week to connect with the rest of the team and provide a continuous alignment
