WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Knowledge in Project Management processes; including methods and tools, stakeholder engagement and communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels across the organization.
- Knowledge of IT / AI implementation systems and process
- The ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Italian.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Lead project, activity or work stream within larger project managed by Project Manager.
- Plan, manage and monitor digital activities required to ensure a successful solution launch.
- Support the Business Partners of Stores, Service Office and Global for the the solution implementation from a business and people perspective, working together in each of the launch phases.
- Co-ordinate people from different units and cultures.
- Manage communication to stakeholders relevant for the assignment or project.
- Manage change by supporting stakeholders in preparing receiving organizations, learning and communication activities.
- Lead technical aspects in the gap assessment from the country with Central Teams
- Perform project reporting with key milestones updates and content for measuring and following up project quality and performance. Drive continuous improvement of project quality and performance in assigned projects.
