- Educate and support stakeholders in the Security by Design process and Cyber Security areas in general
- Support and manage the Information Security and Data Privacy incident management process with your expertise
- Manage and support Cyber Security third party risk management including conducting pre-assessments, security reviews, needed requirements in contracts and continuous measurement activities
- Keep updated on current and emerging trends, threats, tools and methodologies to maintain your knowledge and applicability to the organization
- Use the Risk Management Process to support the organisation to understand, identify and mitigate Information and Cyber Security and Data Privacy risks, based on Business risks, Information risks and our steering documents
**What you'll need to have**'- Expert knowledge of Cyber Security controls and industry best practices in Cyber Security
- Good knowledge of potential information risks for the country organisation, its colleagues, customers and suppliers and how to mitigate these risks
- Good knowledge of the Security by Design concept
- Good knowledge of and experience with the Risk Management Process, performing risk assessments and be able to advise and support mitigating actions
- Overview of IT solutions and working routines in relation to information security aspects of the systems
- Knowledge of IKEA’s corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in English and Italian language
- Good understanding of basic digital systems
