**Descripción de puesto**:
We are currently looking for **3 Business Analysts** to join us in **UPS Healthcare Italy**.

The Business Analyst analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and proposes concrete, sustainable, and measurable improvements.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Data analysis to optimize safety, service, productivity, and costs
- Research of best practices and industry benchmarks
- Identification of technology solutions to support process improvement
- Participation in cross-functional projects aimed at process reengineering
- Support in organizing and optimizing operational processes in warehousing and transportation
- A degree in analytical or business-related fields
- ** Fluent italian and Excellent English** skills both verbal and written (to communicate with your Manager and others international stakehorlders)
- Very good Microsoft Office skills, specifically **Excel**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion and ability to analyze complex data and transform it into easy-to-read datasets
- Highly motivated and self-driven to work on a fast pace and growing business environment
- Pro-active, creative, out of box thinking and can-do attitude
- A collaborative attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Interest in operational processes and continuous improvement
