**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 **is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

The Language Services Cluster Coordinator is responsible for the planning of interpretation services at the venue level, coordinating a group of LAN Venue Managers in several competition and non-competition venues.

We are recruiting 4 cluster coordinators for the following clusters:

- Milano
- Cortina
- Valtellina
- Val di Fiemme

The activities are:

- Work closely with all the functional areas at the stadiums before the games, to ensure the correct planning and the correct delivery of the language services at the venues.
- Coordinate with the Language Services Managers, shifts and venue operations and be the main point of contact.
- Support the training of the Language Services Volunteers.
- Contribute to the Operational Planning documents and participate in venue coordination meetings.
- Participate in the readiness and planning exercises for the venues.
- Support the interpretation activities at the venue when required.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationship
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to following through on issue and actions.
- Respect of policies and procedures
- Ability to deliver to high standard under pressure, maintain calm, proactive behavior and optimistic attitude
- Relevant experience in in multilingual projects or related roles
- Events management experience, ideally similar experience within mega project events, or international sport event (i.e. World Cups, Olympic Games or Regional Multisport Events)
- Experience managing teams in events
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to priorities tasks
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to lead a team
- Bachelor's degree in translation, interpretation, linguistics, sports management or relevant field; or equivalent related experience
