**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
The **Fleet Cluster Coordinator** will be working together with the Fleet Operation Manager within the Transport Functional area, in charge of developing operational procedures related to the management of the vehicle fleet with particular reference to the interaction, at the Cluster level, between the operational centers, the depots, and the vehicle delivery and pickup services.
- Establish excellent relationships with representatives entities within the relevant transportation cluster
- Build a cluster fleet from the ground up to achieve excellent operational services
- Responsible for daily monitoring of operational activities within cluster before and during the Olympic and Paraolympics Games, ensuring their correct execution
- Definition and implementation of operational manuals related to the vehicle fleet within their relevant cluster
- Determine and ensure different levels of service for the relevant stakeholders in coordination with other functional units
**Requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of transportation and mobility in the context of international events is preferable
- Good experience in training
- Good project management skills
- Excellent team player
- problem-solver in critical situations
- Proven experience in planning, implementing training plan, especially in transportation/mobility sector
- English: level C1 or equivalent certification;
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in planning and operational management in the transportation division for sporting or non-sporting events of international interest
- Proven experience in managing relationships with clients and suppliers and good negotiation skills in complex and articulated context
