Il nostro cliente, realtà nel settore edile e construction, in un'ottica di potenziamento della propria struttura ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/una: Fleet Coordinator

**Posizione**:

- Sviluppare e mantenere i programmi di manutenzione e riparazione dei veicoli.
- Coordinare le prenotazioni, l'utilizzo e le richieste di manutenzione dei veicoli.
- Monitoraggio e monitoraggio dell'inventario dei veicoli per garantire livelli di fornitura adeguati.
- Gestire gli orari degli autisti e garantire la conformità a tutte le norme e gli standard pertinenti.
- Comunicare con gli autisti per garantire che siano consapevoli dei loro orari e delle loro responsabilità.
- Collaborare con i meccanici per coordinare le riparazioni e la manutenzione dei veicoli.
- Eseguire ispezioni periodiche dei veicoli per garantirne il buon funzionamento.
- Coordinarsi con la direzione per sviluppare e implementare politiche e procedure relative alla gestione del parco veicoli.
- Monitoraggio e analisi dei dati del parco veicoli per identificare le opportunità di miglioramento.
- Preparare rapporti sulle operazioni del parco veicoli e presentarli alla direzione.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni
- Precisione e Proattività
- Capacità di essere impegnati su più fronti contemporaneamente
- Conoscenza dei processi e delle procedure di coordinamento parco mezzi aziendali
