Siamo in forte crescita: negli ultimi 3 anni abbiamo effettuato oltre 250.000 transfer per più di 1.500 clienti in oltre 500 città in tutto il mondo.

Il nostro obiettivo per i prossimi 3 anni è diventare il leader della Premium Mobility in Europa.

La nostra sede principale è a Milano, Italia, con uffici in Francia, Regno Unito, Albania, Stati Uniti e Hong Kong.

Stiamo cercando un **Fleet Coordinator**che farà parte del nostro team e svolgerà un ruolo cruciale nel garantire il funzionamento senza interruzioni dei nostri servizi di mobilità 24/7.

**Il tuo contributo**:

- Gestione della nostra flotta di autisti per garantire un'ottimale allocazione/copertura dei servizi prenotati in Italia e all'estero;
- Mantenimento della qualità dei servizi dei driver, implementando metriche sulle prestazioni dei conducenti, monitorandone le valutazioni e affrontando i problemi di prestazione;
- Contribuirai a migliorare la qualità del servizio mappando le questioni chiave, anticipando eventuali problemi e fornendo feedback attenti e costruttivi;
- Risoluzione dei reclami dei clienti e di problemi dei conducenti, fornendo soluzioni tempestive ed efficaci.

**Come avrai successo**:

- 1-2 anni di esperienza in ruoli operativi o di coordinamento, preferibilmente nei settori trasporti, mobilità o turismo, con familiarità nella gestione di attività complesse e time-sensitive.
- Passione per il settore viaggi e mobilità.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
- Spiccate doti organizzative, con capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente, mantenendo precisione e attenzione al dettaglio anche in contesti dinamici.
- Approccio pratico e orientato alla soluzione dei problemi, con capacità di intervenire rapidamente e con creatività in caso di imprevisti o urgenze operative
- Forte attenzione alla qualità del servizio, con focus sul garantire un’esperienza cliente eccellente, in ogni fase dell’operatività.
- Comfort nel lavorare in contesti dinamici e in continua evoluzione.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei week-end

**Cosa offriamo**:

- Iniziale contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
- RAL di 24/27K + ticket restaurant giornalieri.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €24.000,00 - €27.000,00 all'anno
