**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
The **Fleet Commissioning / Decommissioning Coordinator** will be working together with the Fleet Operation Manager within the Transport Functional Area, in charge of developing together with the Fleet Provider, the schedule and procedures for the delivery and recall of all vehicles, as well as all the commissioning and decommissioning procedures and timeline/schedule for all clusters.
- Implement the Commissioming/Decommissioning Policies and Procedures and definition of operational manual with the relative guidelines
- Coordinate with the rental provider planning the fleet’s schedule of delivery and recall for all the clusters
- Ensure compliance with the deadline for all vehicle delivery and recall
- Work closely and follow the coordinators in different clusters about the correct operational phases
- Support operational activities on vehicle preparation and customization and ensure equipment and standards follow the requested requirements

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of transportation/mobility/automotive
- Good project management skills
- Excellent team player
- Problem-solver in critical situations
- Proven experience in planning and implementing plan, especially in transportation/mobility sector
- English: level C1 or equivalent certification;
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in planning and operational management in the transportation division for sporting or non-sporting events of international interest
- Proven experience in managing relationships with clients and suppliers and good negotiation skills in complex and articulated context
